Explicit Consent Notice

This notice applies only to optional processing activities that require explicit consent. It is separate from the privacy notice and is prepared in light of the Personal Data Protection Board's Decision No. 2026/347 dated February 18, 2026.

For Kartial's general processing activities, please review the Privacy Policy.

1. Activities that may require explicit consent

Analytics cookies and similar measurement technologies	Device, browser, IP and page interaction data	Measuring performance and use of public landing pages
International transfers where consent is the applicable transfer basis	The data categories relevant to the selected service	Providing the related service through infrastructure or third-party providers located abroad

2. Your right to withdraw consent

You may withdraw your consent for waitlist or launch communications by emailing destek@kartial.com.
You may manage analytics technologies through browser settings or any preference tools that may be provided.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before the withdrawal request takes effect.

3. Effect of refusing consent

If you do not join the waitlist, Kartial will not send launch or beta notifications.
If you refuse analytics technologies, public-page measurement may be limited, but core access to the service is not blocked for that reason.
